Company Says Management Is In Place To Execute Its Business Plan

GARDEN CITY, N.Y., June 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- iFinix Corp
(Pink Sheets: INIX), a provider of real-time financial information and
services to active traders and to the securities industry, said today that it
was with deep regret it was reporting that Dhruvanand Budhu, 33, Ifinix'
chairman has passed away. Preliminary reports were he died of a heart attack.
Doug Spadaro, chief executive officer of iFinix, said, "We are deeply
saddened by the unexpected death of our chairman."
    Said Spadaro, "Part of Drew's legacy was his ability to put together a
strong management team. I want to assure our shareholders and business
partners that management is in place to execute our business plan."
    The company said that funeral services will be tomorrow in Queens, New
York.
