Ingenious Med Continues to Expand Client Base With an Extremely Successful
Third Quarter 2009

ATLANTA, Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Ingenious Med, the leaders in inpatient
practice management, reports impressive growth in the third quarter of 2009.
The addition of new customers and hundreds of users across eight states
continues to drive Ingenious Med's success in leading the inpatient market
with service that goes beyond software.

This expansion can be attributed to Ingenious Med providing a solution that
can be implemented organization-wide for any inpatient specialty and utilized
by physicians regardless of their location. Ingenious Med provides a software
solution that is accessible through Internet-enabled mobile devices, hospital
workstations, laptops and mobile PCs. Ingenious Med recognizes that
physicians round in multiple facilities and need a way to manage their
patients in one effective environment and under one Internet-accessible
platform.

In the last three months, Ingenious Med partnered with nine new organizations
and added hundreds of users to its extensive existing client base of over
6,000 users including:

Advanced Inpatient Medicine in Honesdale, Pennsylvania
Charleston Area Medical Center in Charleston, West Virginia
Encinitas Hospitalist Associates in Encinitas, California
Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in Englewood, New Jersey
Morris Hospital in Morris, Illinois
Peninsula Medical Associates in Torrance, California
Stevens Hospital in Edmonds, Washington
Self Regional Medical Center in Greenwood, South Carolina
The Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain, Connecticut

One distinct reason for impactful new sales includes Ingenious Med's industry
knowledge and method of design. Founded by inpatient physicians, Ingenious Med
recognizes the unique challenges of the inpatient environment and the growing
demands placed upon groups as their practices mature. IM Practice Manager
continues to be driven by both customers and a clinical advisory board that
includes practicing physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Dr. Hohmuth, Director of the hospitalist program at Englewood Hospital - a
major medical and academic institution in Englewood, NJ - expressed that "the
fact that IM Practice Manager was made by physicians for physicians" had a
large impact on his decision to partner with Ingenious Med. He also states
that "competitive pricing and the way the software was designed" were also
contributing factors. Dr. Hohmuth is confident that Ingenious Med will help
his practice to "increase collections & revenue, improve charge capture &
distribution, and increase productivity among the physicians."

Ingenious Med's high rate of physician satisfaction and easy adoption was the
key factor in more than one organization's choice to purchase IM Practice
Manager. Advanced Inpatient Medicine in Honesdale, PA and Stevens Hospital in
Edmonds, WA both had users that had formerly used Ingenious Med at other
facilities.

"I used Ingenious Med at a previous hospital that I worked at before I
transferred to Wayne Memorial Hospital," said Dr. Lou O'Boyle, Medical
Director at Advanced Inpatient Medicine. "So not only did I know how to use IM
Practice Manager already, but I loved it!" Julie Dablow, the Professional
Services Billing Manager at Stevens Hospital is also a previous user and is
excited to manage her billing services through IM Practice Manager at her new
place of employment.
Ingenious Med has developed into a leader in general practice management
functionality within the inpatient market as a whole. IM continues to
dominate the hospitalist market while also rapidly expanding its presence in
the inpatient sector by adding specialty groups, national health systems,
academic organizations and national management companies. IM Practice Manager
has proven to work with most inpatient specialties as well as retain its
reputation as an enterprise-wide software solution.

"We're thrilled with the continued demand for a mobile software solution from
new customers nationwide," said Hart Williford, CEO of Ingenious Med. "We
continue to dominate the inpatient practice management market as a result of
excellence in ergonomics, ease of use & enterprise-level client support. We
are committed to customer service and providing services that go beyond the
normal expectations of a software company. With all that we are doing, we
anticipate even more aggressive customer expansion in the future."

About Ingenious Med
Founded in 1999 by a group of practicing physicians, Ingenious Med is an
industry-leading mobile platform that automates the activities of physicians
when they are away from their office, whether they are rounding at a hospital,
an outpatient clinic, a nursing home, or even at home. Ingenious Med automates
the revenue and charge capture processes for over 6000 users in more than 500
healthcare facilities across the United States. Ingenious Med's all-inclusive
software solution, IM Practice Manager, is a handheld and Internet-based
application that enables physicians to capture charges, enhance documentation,
coding and compliance, improve quality of care, increase revenue and
communicate digitally. In addition, the program aggregates management data
separately from the hospital information system, so individual physician and
total department performance can be accurately evaluated. For more
