    NEW YORK, March 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Lou Hammond & Associates has been
selected as agency of record to support tourism for Empire State Development,
the lead economic development entity for New York State.  Selected after a
competitive review, the agency will handle public relations activities
including the re-launch and revitalization of the "I Love New York" campaign,
the statewide brand message.
    Thomas Ranese, chief marketing officer of Empire State Development,
