Wild Brush Energy (WBRE) continues to advance its business strategy
through discussions and negotiations with various local and international
renewable energy companies and through potential project collaboration
agreements.

    Wild Brush Energy is currently in the latter review stages of its project
partnership evaluations. The Company will base its renewable energy growth
strategy and expansion plans in conjunction with the expertise and
resources of any future development and supply partners.

    Presently, Wild Brush Energy is carefully assessing future project
associates and development opportunities in order to best maximize company
