Law Offices of Barry K. Rothman Has Resolved Its Differences with eWorld Companies, Inc.

LOS ANGELES--(Business Wire)--
The Law Offices of Barry K. Rothman and eWorld Companies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:
EWRC) agree that this press release constitutes a retraction of an earlier press
release dated April 11, 2009 regarding eWorld Companies, Inc. and its CEO
Henning Morales. 

The Law Offices of Barry K. Rothman served as corporate counsel for eWorld
Companies and its predecessors for over one year during the formation of the
company, which was followed by a dispute between the firms regarding the total
amount of the final bill. All parties have now reached an amicable agreement and
resolve all differences without any further legal action of any kind by any of
the parties.
