The Correctional Investigator of Canada, Mr. Howard Sapers, will release
an independent report commissioned by his Office entitled, Good
Intentions, Disappointing Results: A Progress Report on Federal
Aboriginal Corrections.

    The report will be released on November 13, 2009 at 10:00 am EST, and
will be posted on www.oci-bec.gc.ca.
