Republic Airways Reports October 2009 Traffic

INDIANAPOLIS--(Business Wire)--
Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ: RJET), today reported preliminary passenger
traffic results for October 2009. The Company generated 1.765 billion revenue
passenger miles (RPMs), a 121.8% increase from the same month last year, while
available seat miles (ASMs) increased 104.4%. Block hours were 85,351 in October
2009, a 46.9% increase from October 2008. Load factor was 79.3% versus 73.0% in
October 2008. A total of 2,797,581 passengers were carried during the month, a
78.1% increase from the same month last year.

Branded operations in 2009 include all operations for Frontier Airlines
beginning October 1st, Midwest Airlines beginning August 1st and Mokulele
Airlines between July 1st and October 14th. Any of the Company`s operations on
behalf of Midwest Airlines and Mokulele Airlines prior to these dates are
included as Fixed-Fee operations.
