Veria TV Announces 10 New Television Series to Debut in Fall 2008

original television series scheduled to premiere on the company's television
network, Veria TV, in the fall of 2008.
    The new programs, which are produced in high-definition (HD), add to Veria
TV's already robust schedule of original and entertaining shows dedicated to
helping viewers embrace and enjoy a natural lifestyle.  Hosted by
knowledgeable experts who have a passion for health and wellness, Veria TV's
high-quality, original programming covers a wide variety of topics in the
categories of food and nutrition, travel, exercise, alternative medicine and

healthy life.

       heart-warming stories about the growing trend of pet owners seeking out
       holistic medical treatments, such as acupuncture and massage, to help
       heal their ailing pets.

    -- "Whatta Ya Think?!" - This race-against-the-clock game show, hosted by
       Jeffrey Schmidt, brings together contestants from different age groups
       to compete in a rapid-fire test of memory, abstract reasoning and acute
       observation.

    -- "Labor of Love" - This reality-style series follows the real life,
       nine-month journey of midwives and expectant parents who have chosen a
       natural approach to childbirth.

    -- "What's Brewing?" - Jody Rudman, owner of Dallas-based Tempest Tea,
       explores the wisdom of some of the world's oldest cultures by
       highlighting ancient beverages, such as teas, yerba mate, xocoatl and
       herbal tisanes, which can have benefits for today's busy lives.

    -- "Hot On The Trail" - This high energy, adventurous series hosted by
       Sunny Savage takes viewers on a worldwide hunt for some of the rarest
       culinary herbs, while pointing out poisonous, as well as dangerous,
       plant and animal species.

    -- "Push Play" - A fun, fast-paced series, "Push Play" helps parents and
       caregivers get children up and moving with classic children's

    -- "Side Effects" - Hosted by Bryan Chatlien and Suzy Cohen, this engaging
       show provides viewers with a close-up look at the side effects of many
       of today's most popular prescription medications.
