HELPHIRE GROUP PLC (the "Company")
Director Share Dealing
The board of the Company received notification on 8th May 2008 that Mark
Jackson, the Company's Chief Executive, had on 6th May 2008 transferred 60,000
of his shares to his Alliance Trust full SIPP at a price of £1.7475 per share so
that he now holds 642,151 shares in his own name and his SIPP now holds 154,134
shares. His wife, Susan Jackson, continues to hold 465,213 shares in the
Company.
Prior to these transactions Mark Jackson held a beneficial interest in 1,261,498
(0.908%) of the Company's shares in issue and following these transactions he
continues to hold a beneficial interest in 1,261,498 (0.908%) of the current
shares in issue.
