Hiscock & Barclay Partner Mark Peroff Named to Leadership Development Committee of International Trademark Association

Veteran intellectual property attorney Mark Peroff, a partner at the law firm of
Hiscock & Barclay LLP and Co-Chair of the firm`s Intellectual Property &
Technology Practice Area, has been appointed to the Leadership Development
Committee of The International Trademark Association (INTA). 

INTA is a not-for-profit membership association of more than 5,900 trademark
owners and professionals, from more than 190 countries, dedicated to the support
and advancement of trademarks and related intellectual property. 

In his role on the Leadership Development Committee, Mr. Peroff will participate
in the committee`s work in developing and implementing INTA Leadership
Development programs including the Leadership Meeting Leadership Academy and
other leadership programs. 

Mr. Peroff practices in the areas of intellectual property law focusing on
domestic and international trademark, trade dress, copyright, unfair
competition, rights of privacy and publicity, parody, media and Internet-related
matters. He represents clients that range from multinational companies to
not-for-profit organizations to entrepreneurs, spanning practically every field
of commerce. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Peroff was an Examiner with
the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
