NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(Business Wire)--
As part of their ongoing mission to practice family values through
action in the community, Back Yard Burgers has established a
partnership with Gameday Baseball. A ribbon cutting will formally kick
off the exciting partnership at Gameday Baseball's First Tennessee
Fields on Friday, March 28th at 4:00 p.m.

"At Back Yard Burgers, we not only talk about family values, but
we act on them as well," Stephen Lynn, Chief Executive Officer, said.
"We are excited to be involved with Gameday Baseball and their efforts
to help children build character through baseball. We are proud to
help fund such worthwhile activities as part of our ongoing commitment
to our Memphis neighbors."

Gameday Baseball, located in Cordova, TN at 7800 Fischer Steel
Road, is a premier 10-field youth baseball complex. Last year more
than 1,000 teams from across the region visited this state-of-the-art
complex and the community of Memphis has provided immense support to
youth athletic programs.

"As we continue to carry out the Gameday Baseball mission, we are
excited that Back Yard Burgers shares our dream and will provide our
guests with a quality product offering options for the entire family,
including a kid's meal option," said Gameday Baseball President Leigh
Fox.

Back Yard Burgers will have a functional restaurant on site as
well as two other concession venues. The menu will feature salads,
burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches and a variety of other
