Complete Medical Staffing Promotes Mentorship Program to Graduating Students in
the Therapy Healthcare Fields for Contract Staffing

DENVER, Jan. 9, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Complete Medical Staffing, one of the
nation's leading providers of healthcare staffing services, promotes a
mentorship program to graduating students in the therapy healthcare field for
contract staffing.

Our Mentorship Program, established in 2001, allows graduating students to
choose assignment options from a variety of clinical settings to gain a wide
range of experience. New graduates are able to choose their assignments locally
or take traveling assignments in their choice of geographical areas, and shadow
a Team Leader seasoned in their field. Graduates will be able to contact Team
Leaders to discuss their experiences and ask for clinical advice.

"We pride ourselves in our mentorship program that we offer to graduating
students," said Michael Jordan, president and CEO of Complete Medical Staffing.
"New graduates employed with our company are able to shadow a Team Leader in
their discipline. We are the only staffing company, that we are aware of, that
holds the value of new graduates in such high esteem."

This program allows graduates to gain experience in a variety of clinical
settings while maintaining competitive pay rates and superior benefits in the
industry. The Complete Medical Staffing marketing department is focused on
continuously building its client base to offer great assignment options
nationwide in clinical settings desired including hospitals, out-patient,
nursing homes, home health, schools and VA facilities to Physical Therapists and
Assistants, Occupational Therapists and Assistants and Speech-Language
Pathologists. Comfortable, safe housing is set up, and paid for, by Complete
Medical Staffing for traveling therapists.

"New graduates are an investment," said Jeremy Gilmore, staffing coordinator of
Complete Medical Staffing. "We put forth the effort to make sure new graduates
get the support they need to get their career off to a great start. Often,
clinical rotations are in a controlled environment. With our mentorship program,
our new professionals are able to obtain real life experience."

"By investing in new graduates with our mentorship program, our clients and the
industry in general, are ideally enhanced," said Michael Jordan, President and
CEO of Complete Medical Staffing. "Our Staffing Coordinators and Team Leaders
are available to assist all new graduates at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week."
