TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jul 18 (MARKET WIRE) --
Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) announced today
that its wholly-owned subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation
("Harris") has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the
assets of Municipal Solutions Group ("MSG") (TSX VENTURE: MSZ), including
the shares of its wholly-owned operating subsidiary, Municipal Software
Corporation ("MSC") (but excluding those assets which constitute MSG's
"Local Government Manager" product). Further details of the transaction
were disclosed in a news release of June 3, 2008 at the time
Constellation entered into an acquisition agreement to acquire MSG.
