opening of a new branded retail store at Fashion Valley in San Diego,
California. Located at 7007 Friars Road, the 1,744 square-foot branded
store will offer shoppers the entire True Religion collection for men,
women and kids, including its signature denim styles, its expanding
sportswear line including knits and wovens, and a full range of
licensed product, such as footwear, swimwear, headwear and handbags.
Spanning over 1.7 million square feet, Fashion Valley is a
super-regional, outdoor shopping center featuring over 200 stores and
restaurants. Largely recognized as San Diego's premier shopping
destination, Fashion Valley attracts over 18 million shoppers
annually. Fashion Valley is one of three shopping venues in the world
with the combination of Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom

remerchandising to include several new luxury tenants, all of whom
