S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: LAB) ("Genomma" or "the Company"), a leading Mexican

that it has no additional information related to today's stock price movements
and considers that the variation in the stock price was singularly due to
normal fluctuations due to the market conditions of recent days.
    Additionally, Genomma reaffirms its sound financial structure in order to
face the current situation:

    -- Genomma Lab is not exposed to derivative instruments.
