Leader Ventures Provides $3 Million to Syndero, Inc., a Next-Generation
Consumer Goods Online Marketing Company

    MENLO PARK, Calif., Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Leader Ventures, an investment
firm offering tailored debt and equity financing, announced today that it has
provided $3 million of venture debt to Syndero, Inc.  Syndero is a next
generation consumer goods company that primarily markets health and beauty
products direct-to-consumer through online distribution channels.

direct sales model," said Patrick Gordan, Managing Partner at Leader Ventures.

    Syndero develops and owns high quality brands in the skincare arena
including the Dermitage Anti-Aging Skincare line and the TriClear Acne
prevention line.  In the past 9 months the company has launched 9 skincare
products -- with many more on the way.

online marketing of those brands all under one roof.
