Hoodiny Partners with Telefonica to Power Terra Music Channel in Spain

Cyloop.com and Terra create leading music community in Spain, providing users
with free unlimited access to on-demand music and video streams

MIAMI, Jan. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Hoodiny Entertainment Group, LLC, the full-
service digital entertainment and content production company, parent of
Cyloop.com, has formed a strategic alliance with Telefonica de Espana's Terra
portal (http://www.terra.es), whereby Cyloop.com now powers the Terra Music
Channel in Spain.
As part of the alliance, the Cyloop team will manage all of the content
and community aspects of the site, including the relationships with the
artists and music labels. Hoodiny Entertainment, which already had video
production and label management staff in Spain, has expanded its operations
and editorial team in Madrid to support the alliance. Terra's digital
organization in Spain will market and commercialize the new Music Channel.
"Terra looked very carefully at our technology, our business model and our
relationships with the artists and the labels before they chose Cyloop to
power the Terra Music Channel," stated Demian M. Bellumio, president of
Hoodiny Entertainment Group, LLC. "We are extremely proud of the fact that
after an extensive review they have wholeheartedly embraced our service and
greeted us as an integral member of the Terra team."
The Cyloop platform provides users with free unlimited access -- on demand
and with no download required -- to complete catalogs of music and videos by
top artists from major and independent record labels. Registered users can
also share music, video and photo selections with friends and the rest of the
world through "Loops" or interactive playlists that they create on the site.
Cyloop is an "artist-generated," as opposed to a "user-generated," content
community, where labels and independent artists can easily create highly
professional profiles, while sharing their content securely with their fans.
The Cyloop and Terra Music Channel integration creates the leading music
community in Spain, where artists and labels can connect directly with fans,
including Terra's base of more than 8 million monthly users.
