CHESTER SPRINGS, Pa.--(Business Wire)--
Horse Power For Life, a recently launched non-profit organization,
celebrated the success of its first 6 months with the first annual
"Pink Horse Shoe" fundraising event on Saturday, April 19, 2008, where
they raised over $28,000 for the program. This money will allow Horse
Power for Life to continue its valued work of providing free
horsemanship activities to cancer patients, survivors and their
families that focus on the mind, heart and body, rather than the
disease.

"Thank you to everyone determined to make our first "Pink Horse
Shoe" event an overwhelming success," said Shiree Sansone, president
and co-founder of Horse Power For Life. "The money raised will allow
Horse Power for Life to impact so many more individuals touched by
cancer so they too may experience the joy and life changing
therapeutic benefits that horseback riding provides."

The Chester County Hematology Oncology Services Medical Director,
Dr. Dennis Berman and Pennsylvania State Senator Andy Dinniman
co-chaired The "Pink Horse Shoe" event, which was held at the People's
Light & Theatre Company in Malvern. The event included hors d'oeuvres,
top-shelf open bar, sit down dinner, silent auction, live music and
dancing with the Dave Mell Blues Band. A few of the silent auction
items that garnered a portion of the proceeds included, a round of
golf at Philadelphia Country Club, a Caribbean vacation, art and fine
jewelry.

"From its inception just 9 short months ago, to now, Horse Power
for Life has grown at an incredible rate, proving to be a valuable
resource for our Chester County community and beyond," said Robert
Radie, Officer and Board Member for Horse Power for Life. "Thanks to
the local support we have received, we look forward to being able to
continue this growth."
