iStar Financial Sets Second Quarter 2009 Earnings Release Date and Webcast

NEW YORK, July 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- iStar Financial Inc. (NYSE: SFI), a
leading publicly traded finance company focused on the commercial real estate
industry, today announced that it will release its full financial results for
the second quarter of 2009 on Friday, July 31, 2009, prior to the opening of
the market.

The Company will host an earnings conference call reviewing these results and
its operations beginning at 10:00 a.m. ET. This conference call will be
broadcast live over the Internet and can be accessed by all interested parties
