UniSource Energy to Discuss First Quarter 2008 Financial Results

UniSource Energy Corp. (NYSE: UNS) officials will discuss the
company's 2008 first quarter financial results during a conference
call hosted by James S. Pignatelli, UniSource Energy Chairman,
President and Chief Executive Officer.

   UniSource Energy expects to release its 2008 first quarter
financial results on Thursday, May 8, after the market closes. That
release will be available online at uns.com. The conference call is
scheduled for Friday, May 9, at 12 p.m. EST.

10 minutes prior to the event and reference confirmation code
