Analog Devices' Second-Quarter 2008 Earnings Conference Call Scheduled for Tuesday, May 20, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. ET, 4:00 p.m. CT; Press Release Available at 4:00 p.m. ET

NORWOOD, Mass.--(Business Wire)--
Analog Devices, Inc. (NYSE: ADI), plans to release its financial
results for the second quarter 2008, which ended May 3, 2008, via
Business Wire at approximately 4:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, May 20, 2008.
Shortly after, at 5:00 p.m. ET, the company will host a conference
call to discuss results for the first quarter. Both the release and
live webcast of the conference call may be accessed on the homepage of
ADI's website, analog.com, or by clicking on "Investor Relations" and
then "Recent News."

   Investors who wish to dial-in to the conference call may call
706-634-7193 ten minutes before the call begins and provide the
password "ADI" when asked.

   Almost immediately following the live conference, a replay of the
call will be available to investors. The replay may be accessed for up
to one week by dialing 800-642-1687 (replay only) and providing the
conference ID: 46692986. A replay will also be available for one week
on the Analog Devices Investor Relations website.
