the appointment of Dennis Weissman as a Senior Advisor to the firm.

    Mr. Weissman, the founder and Executive Editor of the Washington G-2
Reports, is one of the nation's leading experts in the clinical diagnostic
laboratory and pathology sectors. At England & Company, he will provide
strategic advice as the firm expands its activity in the health care
industry. Recently, England & Company has completed several transactions
in the laboratory industry, including the recapitalizations of Pathology,
Inc. and DCL Medical Laboratories, and the acquisition of DrugScan, Inc.
and DSI Medical Laboratories.

Business Administration at Marymount University.
