Deborah Daccord Named to Nightingale`s 2009 Outstanding Healthcare Transaction Lawyers List

Deborah Daccord, a Member in Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo
P.C.`s Health Law practice and Co-Chair of the firm`s Healthcare Deal Lawyers
Working Group, has been named to Nightingale`s Healthcare News 2009 list of
Outstanding Healthcare Transaction Lawyers. 

Ms. Daccord`s practice involves a wide variety of transactional and regulatory
matters, including joint ventures, strategic alliances, mergers and
acquisitions, financing and contracting. Her clients span the health care
spectrum, including a major dialysis provider, retail and specialty pharmacies,
major academic medical systems, health information technology companies,
ambulatory surgery centers, radiation therapy providers, diagnostic service
providers, and sports and fitness providers. Ms. Daccord`s recent health
industry transaction activity includes the completion of 27 stock and asset
acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, totaling more than $150 million
in value.
