Hardware Sales Inc., a Top eBay PowerSeller Attributes Infopia Technology and
Service With New Success

SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Infopia, the industry leader in
multi-channel, online selling solutions, announced today that top eBay
PowerSeller Hardware Sales Inc. has switched to the Infopia platform. After
testing several third-party eCommerce solutions, Hardware Sales found Infopia
to be the best match to meet their growing eCommerce needs. As a result, they
have just doubled their sales on Amazon Seller Central and increased their
monthly revenue by almost 40%.
Hardware Sales Inc., based in Bellingham, Washington, is the largest name
in power tools on eBay. The company, which processes over 200 orders a day,
consistently ranks in the top 50 PowerSellers across all categories on the
auction site. A robust third-party eCommerce solution was necessary to drive
revenue in their business model. Hardware Sales turned to Infopia's
solution -- which includes multi-channel selling technology and eCommerce
expert service -- so they could foster new growth and expand into other online
channels. They are very happy with their decision to switch providers, and
particularly satisfied with Infopia's service.
"Infopia never pressured me to buy their product, and they were honest
about what they could do and could not do for me," said Steve Douge, Internet
Division Sales Manager at Hardware Sales. "I felt they really cared about my
business and my success. They have by far the best customer service of any
eCommerce solution provider. That is the real reason why I signed."
"We work closely with online sellers to understand their business," said
John Reagh, VP of Sales and Client Services at Infopia. "Our technology helps
merchants, such as Hardware Sales, improve inefficient processes, sell on more
marketplaces, and build their own brand. Ultimately, we are building eCommerce
partnerships with growing online retailers."
    About Infopia
Infopia provides software and best practices to help merchants grow their
online business. From inventory and order management, to expanding sales on
websites, comparison shopping engines, and marketplaces like eBay and Amazon,
Infopia has the right tools to help increase online revenues. Infopia is an
award-winning eCommerce software company headquartered in Salt Lake City,
Utah.
