Quanta Services to Present at the Stephens, Inc. Fall Investment Conference,
the 2009 KeyBanc Capital Markets Engineering & Construction Conference and the
2009 FBR Capital Markets Fall Investor Conference



HOUSTON, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE: PWR)
today announced that the company will present at the Stephens, Inc. Fall
Investment Conference to be held on Nov. 17 - 18, 2009 at the New York Palace
Hotel in New York City. John R. Colson, chairman and chief executive officer,
and James H. Haddox, chief financial officer, will present on Wednesday, Nov.
18, 2009 starting at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

The company also announced that it will participate in the 2009 KeyBanc
Capital Markets Engineering & Construction Conference to be held on Nov. 19,
2009 at the Grand Hyatt New York hotel in New York City. There will not be a
company presentation at this conference.

On Dec. 1 - 2, 2009, Mr. Colson and Mr. Haddox will present at the 2009 FBR
Capital Markets Fall Investor Conference at the Grand Hyatt New York hotel in
New York City.  The presentation will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2009
starting at 1:35 p.m. Eastern Time.

the 2009 FBR Capital Markets Fall Investor Conference will be broadcast live
over the Internet. Live webcast links will be available on the company's Web
