Intrepid Capital Corp. Purchases Units of Somerset Entertainment Income Fund

  TORONTO, ONTARIO, Jun 06 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
 Intrepid Capital Corp. ("Intrepid"), of 4th Floor Anderson Square, 64
Shedden Road, P.O. Box 10324, Grand Cayman, KY1-1003, Cayman Islands,
acquired on June 5, 2008 through the facilities of the Toronto Stock
Exchange, beneficial ownership and control over 616,200 units of Somerset
Entertainment Income Fund (the "Fund"), at an average price of $3.2196
per unit, representing approximately 4.3% of all issued and outstanding
units of the Fund.

    Immediately after the acquisition, Intrepid beneficially owned and
controlled 2,062,350 units of the Fund representing approximately 14.2%
of all of the issued and outstanding units of the Fund. Intrepid's
beneficial ownership and control of such securities is directly held.

    Intrepid acquired the 616,200 units of the Fund for investment purposes
and may from time to time acquire ownership of, or control over,
additional securities of the Fund, dispose of some or all of the existing
or additional securities of the Fund that Intrepid holds, or may continue
to hold the current position.
