BUCHANAN, Mich.--(Business Wire)--
Express-1 Expedited Solutions, Inc. (AMEX: XPO) announced today
that it will be holding its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June
11th in South Bend Indiana at the Marriott Hotel, located at 123 N.
Saint Joseph Street at 4:00 p.m. (EDT). The record date for the Annual
Meeting is May 1, 2008.

   The Company has filed their proxy statement and other relevant
documents with the SEC. These materials will contain important
information and investors will be able to obtain these documents free
of charge at the SEC's website, http://www.sec.gov and at Express-1's
website, http://www.express-1.com.
