Renowned Chef Martin Yan and HMSHost Open New Yan Can Restaurant at San Diego International Airport

          First Airport Location for Celebrated Asian Cuisine
BETHESDA, Md.--(Business Wire)--
HMSHost Corporation, a world leader in travel dining and shopping,
today announced the opening of celebrated Asian Master Chef Martin
Yan's YAN CAN restaurant at San Diego International Airport (SAN).
Located pre-security in Terminal 1, the opening of YAN CAN marks the
first airport location of Yan's popular Northern California
restaurant.

   "We are listening to the needs of our passengers and are pleased
to provide them with celebrity chef dining options like YAN CAN," said
Thella F. Bowens, President/CEO, San Diego County Regional Airport
Authority. "We are pleased to work with HMSHost to deliver such
efficient and high-quality experiences to our airport's travelers."

   The menu of the 1,750 square-foot restaurant will feature
traditional favorites such as Kung Pao chicken, Mongolian beef and
specialties including chicken lettuce wraps, veggie spring rolls and
crispy pot stickers. Two other menu favorites also will be offered:
Yan's signature Chinese Chicken Salad -- a mixture of grilled chicken,
red cabbage, oranges, peanuts and cilantro tossed in his original
peanut dressing -- as well as lo mein noodles tossed with bean
sprouts, green onions and mushrooms.

   The use of fresh ingredients is a culinary hallmark of YAN CAN
including seasonal produce and spices, much of which is locally grown.

   "HMSHost has been a great partner to work with and I am very
pleased to open my first airport YAN CAN restaurant at San Diego
International Airport," said Yan.

   "The opening of YAN CAN is part of HMSHost's ongoing effort to
make the traveler's day better with exciting new choices," said Steve

are investing approximately $5 million in new restaurants at SAN over
the next few years to continue to deliver an exceptional dining
experience to the airport's guests."

   HMSHost researched and developed San Diego's expanding food and
beverage program, based on consumer preferences, tastes and purchasing
habits. The company worked with Chef Yan to adapt his menu to suit the
airport environment.

   Other new HMSHost concessions joining YAN CAN at the Airport
throughout 2008 include: Brioche Doree Cafe & Bakery (Terminal 1);
Chili's Too (Terminal 1, Food Court); Quiznos (Terminal 1, East
Rotunda); and Starbucks Coffee (Terminal 2, East).
