MVTS Technologies Selected by Teradyne Inc. to Provide Teradyne Certified Refurbished Test Equipment

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Carlsbad-based MVTS Technologies, the largest provider of
refurbished automated test equipment (ATE) to the semiconductor
industry, has announced it has been selected by Teradyne Inc.
(NYSE:TER) of North Reading, Mass. to offer Teradyne Certified
refurbished legacy testers. "I am pleased that Teradyne has selected
MVTS as a supplier," said Ron Maassen, MVTS CEO. "Teradyne chose MVTS
based on its extensive experience and commitment to highest quality
refurbished ATE."

   The testers are refurbished by MVTS, at its Carlsbad, California
headquarters, using a multi-point checklist and extensive
refurbishment process which has been developed, audited and approved
by Teradyne Corporation. They include qualified Teradyne parts,
approved board revision levels, a one year warranty and installation.
