Plum TV Announces Arrival of Riveting Insider Dialogue With 'Connections With
Jennie Saunders'
NEW YORK, April 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Plum TV, the 24-hour television and
internet network of local channels serving upscale resort communities,
announces a new show focusing on the intersection between business and
culture. Commencing June 2008, "Connections with Jennie Saunders" will
moderate conversations between people who transform society and culture, most
of whom are rarely if ever seen on television. The show has attracted stellar
bookings from industry and arts, including 2008 Pritzker prize winning
architect Jean Nouvel and the former CTO of Microsoft Nathan Myrhvold, the man
Bill Gates described as "the smartest man in the world."
Each half-hour program will feature these fascinating cross-cultural
conversations with icons from the worlds of art, business, culture and
entertainment. There will also be "insider" content from industry leaders who
will each cover specific luxury lifestyle areas of interest such as music,
private aviation, real estate, and technology, as well as a variety of topics
in the arts, culture, literature, health and wellness and travel.
Hosting and moderating these compelling conversations will be Jennie
Saunders, Founder and CEO of CORE: a membership-based lifestyle company that
provides curated access to individuals, experiences, properties, services,
culture, and entertainment. Saunders is known as an entrepreneur and
businesswoman as well as a lifestyle arbiter with a gifted practical
imagination and relentless discipline. Jennie is uniquely qualified to bring
this program to life due to her strong relationships in the arts and
entertainment communities combined with her distinct ability to reveal fresh
insights from her guests.
"Plum has developed a reputation for hosting provocative conversations
with interesting people that you just don't see in other places. Jennie builds
businesses on the same concept," said Chris Glowacki, CEO of Plum TV. "We're
really excited about this collaboration and we know it is going to result in a
terrific show."
