After 25 Years, Quidlibet Research, Inc. Forms Cost Management and Strategic Planning Consortium

OAKBROOK, Ill.--(Business Wire)--
Nina Cunningham, Ph.D., President and founder of Quidlibet
Research, Inc. (QRI) is pleased to announce the formation of Quidlibet
Consulting Group (QCG). QCG will expand the products and services of
Quidlibet Research, Inc., Oak Brook-based consultants in strategic
planning and cost reduction.

Joining Nina Cunningham in QCG will be Neil Johnson, CPA, Managing
Director of Quidlibet Financial Advisors (QFA), providing financial
analysis and tax management services. "Neil rounds out the services
that permit QCG to offer strategic finance and cost management
services to small and large businesses and professional organizations
across a broad spectrum of high profile pricing categories. QCG will
audit, manage costs and monitor contract compliance in legal research,
telecom and wireless services, energy, waste management and a number
of other specialized areas," says Dr. Cunningham.

Preserving 25 years of service to law firms and professional
organizations as Quidlibet Research, Inc., the two new entities will
introduce a consortium of services to assist businesses seeking
profitability in challenging times. Operating as partners under the
name Quidlibet Consulting Group, the strategists will focus on
strategic finance and cost management and will consider memberships of
other strategic organizations in the consulting group.

Working together, Cunningham and Johnson find that their clients
benefit "from a well-rounded, integrated approach that combines tax
planning and analysis with cost management and strategic development."
Their successes led to the formation of Quidlibet Financial Advisors
and a structure that would enable the two firms to operate under the
umbrella of Quidlibet Consulting Group. This structure will benefit
all of their clients, whether professional service organizations,
entrepreneurial small businesses, or established manufacturing firms.

While Quidlibet Consulting Group will concentrate on the U.S.
market, QCG will maintain an international practice with offices in
Northbrook and Oak Brook, Illinois, New York, and Tel Aviv, Israel,
where it will serve a burgeoning trend toward entrepreneurship and a
complementary demand for strategies in all areas of taxation, finance
and cost management.

Regardless of the size of the business, cost management is an
increasing challenge. The member firms of QCG will provide the
analytical tools and strategic resources needed to lead every client
to long-term growth.
