billion in 2007.

   OCBC Bank's NPL (non performing loans) have been continuously
declining since 2003. The bank's NPL fell from $2,546 million in 2003
to $899 million in 2007. In 2008, OCBC Bank reported a 4% fall in net
profit to SGD622 million for the first quarter, primarily due to its
exposure to US sub-prime mortgage assets.
