Venoco, Inc. to Host Analyst Day - October 1, 2008

DENVER, Sept. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Venoco, Inc. (NYSE: VQ)
announced today that Tim Marquez, Chairman & CEO, along with senior operations
personnel, will host an Analyst Day in New York City on Wednesday, October 1,
2008 beginning at 8 a.m. Eastern time.
