MannKind Corporation to Hold Fourth Quarter Financial Results Conference Call
on March 4, 2008

VALENCIA, Calif., Feb. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MannKind Corporation
(Nasdaq: MNKD) will release its 2007 fourth quarter financial results on
Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at 7:00 a.m. ET.
    Management of the Company will host a conference call to discuss the
fourth quarter financial results, clinical progress and other Company
developments at 9:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, March 4, 2008. Presenting from the
Company will be its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Alfred Mann;
President and Chief Operating Officer, Hakan Edstrom; Corporate Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer, Dick Anderson and Corporate Vice President and
