Finmeccanica and DRS Technologies to Provide Internet Broadcast of Conference Call

Finmeccanica SpA (Milan: FNC) and DRS Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:
DRS) today announced that they will hold a joint conference call with
analysts and the investment community on the signing of a definitive
merger agreement for Finmeccanica to acquire DRS. The call will be
broadcast live over the Internet on Tuesday, May 13, 2008, beginning
at 9:00 a.m. EDT.

   Finmeccanica's chairman and chief executive officer Pier Francesco
Guarguaglini, chief financial officer and co-general manager
Alessandro Pansa, and DRS Technologies' chairman, president and chief
executive officer Mark S. Newman will host the call.

   Listeners can access the webcast via the Investor Info page on
DRS's web site at http://www.drs.com. An archive of this webcast will
be available at this web site for approximately one year beginning May
13, 2008, one hour after the call ends.
