Stull, Stull & Brody Announces Investigation on Behalf of Shareholders of i2 Technologies, Inc.

Thu Nov 5, 2009 9:11pm EST
NEW YORK--(Business Wire)--
Attorney Advertising. Notice is hereby given that Stull, Stull & Brody has
commenced an investigation on behalf of shareholders of i2 Technologies, Inc.
("i2" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: ITWO) for possible breaches of fiduciary duty
and other violations of state law in connection with an agreement by i2`s Board
of Directors to sell all of the Company`s outstanding shares of common stock at
a price of $18.00 per share in cash and stock to JDA Software Group, Inc.
("JDA") (Nasdaq: JDAS).

If you own the common stock of i2 and wish to obtain additional information
about this matter, please contact Stull, Stull & Brody at the toll-free number
listed below. Stull, Stull & Brody has litigated many class actions for
violations of securities laws and breaches of fiduciary duties on behalf of
defrauded investors over the past 40 years and has obtained court approval of
substantial settlements on numerous occasions.

The investigation concerns the price to be paid by JDA to i2 shareholders and
the process by which i2`s Board of Directors is addressing the transaction.
Under the terms of the proposed transaction, i2 shareholders will receive
approximately $12.70 in cash and 0.256 shares of JDA common stock with a
combined value of $18.00 per i2 share. Given the intrinsic value and future
prospects of i2 stock and the fact that its Board of Directors agreed to pay a
termination fee of $15 million to JDA in the event i2 terminates the merger
agreement in order to accept a superior proposal, Stull, Stull & Brody is
investigating whether the members of i2`s Board of Directors breached their
fiduciary duties to i2`s shareholders by not acting in shareholders` best
interests in connection with the proposed transaction.

If you wish to discuss this matter or have any questions concerning this notice
or your rights or interests with respect to this matter, please contact Aaron
Brody, Esq. at Stull, Stull & Brody by calling 1-800-337-4983 or 1-212-687-7230,
