The new restaurant will also feature an extensive beverage menu from its full
bar, including such popular cocktails as Harvest Punch, Cherry Lime Sparkler and

Following CPK's tradition of giving back to the communities in which it
operates, the new CPK restaurant will donate 100% of all dine-in pizza sales
during regular business hours on Tuesday, May 26, 2009, to the Sacramento
chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters. Big Brothers Big Sisters is a national
youth mentoring organization that matches qualified volunteers with children in
need of a caring, responsible adult in their lives. Founded in Sacramento in
1962, this affiliate offers one-to-one mentoring to children. In 2008 they
served more than 500 children and currently have more than 330 active matches.

The new location downtown is the second California Pizza Kitchen restaurant in
Sacramento with the other CPK restaurant located nearby at 1689 Arden Way in the
Arden Fair Mall.

California Pizza Kitchen, Inc., founded in 1985, is a leading casual dining
chain featuring an imaginative line of hearth-baked pizzas, including the
