Vance Publishing Partners With AgPlus Network

Vance Publishing Corporation`s Produce Division has entered into a strategic
partnership with The AgPlus Network, LLC and its related entities, Associated
Produce Services and FreshLink. 

The partnership gives market professionals throughout the fresh produce demand
chain exclusive access to timely U.S.D.A. commodity pricing data and reporting.
AgPlus will carry news, data, and other critical market information from Vance
Publishing`s Produce Division brands on its Web site, and Vance Publishing`s
Produce Division will provide sales and marketing support to AgPlus. 

Vance Publishing`s Produce Division includes The Packer, the fresh produce
market`s premier news source; Produce Merchandising, the only media source
dedicated solely to retail merchandising of fresh produce; Red Book Credit
Services and The Produce Industry Credit Council, the leading sources of credit
reporting data for the fresh produce demand chain; The Grower and Citrus &
Vegetable, primary sources for operational insight for fresh produce growers;
The Guide, the fresh produce market`s premier supplier sourcing reference
database; and The Greenbook Group, the leading source for crop protection data
for fresh produce growers and consulting partners.
