of Directors. Mr. DuCharme is a pioneer in the tax services industry, having
formed DuCharme & Associates, Inc. in 1968. He then cofounded the tax
consulting firm DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. (DMA) in 1973. Mr.
DuCharme later sold the company to his employees in 1994 and then served as
Chairman of DMA until December 2006. He will play a significant role in
Ryan's strategic growth plan, including emerging markets, the addition of key
services and capabilities, and the continued acquisition of premier talent.
