Two Farmers Mobile Customer Care Claims Vehicles Set Up At San
Fernando High School And In Porter Ranch
LOS ANGELES--(Business Wire)--
Farmers Insurance Group of Companies(R), agents and claims teams
are on the scene at the Lakeview Terrace fire areas and Porter Ranch
fires in Los Angeles County. They are helping customers who may have
been evacuated or have suffered damage to their homes.
"We have set up two Mobile Customer Care Claims Vehicles at the
fires," explains Bill Matlock, Farmers State Executive Director. "The
first Mobile Claims Vehicle is located at San Fernando High School;
11133 O'Melveny Avenue, San Fernando, 91340. This vehicle is helping
our customers with claims, and has served hundreds of meals from the
vehicle's grill," he added.
"The second Mobile Claims Vehicle is located at Shepard of the
Hills Church; 19700 Rinaldi Street, Porter Ranch, 91326. Farmers
claims teams are at both locations and are ready to help our
customers," Matlock said.
Farmers customers not visiting the claims vehicles who have
suffered damage to their property, or who have been evacuated, are
asked to call Farmers HelpPoint for immediate assistance at:

officials and media to get to a safe area and then call Farmers,"
