Monotype Imaging Announces Pricing of Secondary Public Offering

WOBURN, Mass.--(Business Wire)--
Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: TYPE), a leading global
provider of text imaging solutions, today announced the pricing of a
public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at $12.00 per
share, all of which are being sold by selling stockholders. Monotype
Imaging will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the
selling stockholders. One of the selling stockholders has granted to
the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 shares of
its common stock at the public offering price to cover any
over-allotments.

   J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Banc of America Securities LLC are
acting as joint book-running managers, and William Blair & Company,
LLC, Canaccord Adams Inc., Jefferies & Company, Inc. and Needham &
Company, LLC are acting as co-managers for the offering.

filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and has become
