Statement and Call to Action on State of Economy and Global Investments Issued
by The DiBernardo Group

LAKE TAHOE, Nev., April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- The DiBernardo Group, among other
companies both private and public, has been significantly affected by public
doubt due to the current state of the economy. While the economy and recent
exposure of investment frauds are of extreme concern to The DiBernardo Group
and should certainly be of equal concern to every individual and entity, it is
important to be able to move on and trust business.

Businesses - the large majority of which operate completely within the law -
have improved economies, contributed to the growth of civilization, and
introduced innovative products and services that have improved the lives of
people across the globe. Though being cautious is important, The DiBernardo
Group and others that have been consulted by the Group believe that the height
of caution at this time is negatively impacting legitimate business and
further disrupting the global economy.

The DiBernardo Group, and undoubtedly other small companies, has been the
subject of intense and unmerited scrutiny due to the current state of affairs.
The Group is releasing this statement in hopes that it will be a sort of Call
to Action in that the business community will come together to prevent frauds
or any other negative effect on the general public that has caused this
mistrust, and also that the public will keep in mind that business has
contributed significantly to them in positive ways, and that unmerited claims
will only further the damage that has already been done - especially to
start-up companies, which The DiBernardo Group has found to be heavily
scrutinized at the present time. As one example, without start-up companies
with intense dreams, there would be no technology industry today. It is
important to expose obvious frauds, not to create scrutiny without merit.
