   Seven & I was established through a stock transfer by Seven-Eleven
Japan (SEJ), Ito-Yokado, and Dennys Japan. The group offers food,
apparel, financial services, customized services, meal delivery
services, real estate development, and security and maintenance
services.

   Seven & I generates revenues through six business divisions:
convenience store, superstore operations, department store operations,
restaurant operations, financial services, and others. Others division
comprises IT services, real estate business, publishing, and
manufacturing and processing companies.

   The group established Seven & I Food Systems (Food Systems) in
January 2007. The three main operating companies in the restaurant
business, Dennys Japan, Famil, and York Bussan merged with Food
Systems in September 2007. This integration consolidated overlapping
operations.
