Blue Man Group & Allegiant Air Announce Innovative Partnership

BLUE MAN IN-FLIGHT TICKET SALES, MUTUAL ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS, AND BRANDING ON
AIRCRAFT EXTERIORS

LAS VEGAS, Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Las Vegas-based Allegiant Air, LLC and
internationally renowned Blue Man Group, announced a multi-faceted brand
partnership. The innovative relationship was announced by Allegiant Travel
Company (Nasdaq: ALGT) president/CEO Maury Gallagher and Blue Man Group
co-creator Matt Goldman, in front of Allegiant and Blue Man Group employees at
the Blue Man Las Vegas theatre inside the Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino.

    Launching March 13, this unprecedented partnership will focus on
communicating the Blue Man Group message to the Allegiant customer at all
phases of the experience -- from booking the flight to experiencing the Blue
Man brand inside the carrier's aircraft on cups, napkins, overhead bins,
service carts, and on in-flight crew uniforms.  The Blue Man Group iconic
image will also be featured on the exterior of the Allegiant aircraft.  In a
mutual advertising relationship, the Allegiant brand will be incorporated into
the Blue Man Group Las Vegas show, including the Allegiant logo on the
aircraft featured during the show and an official Allegiant sponsored VIP
room.  "Allegiant is pleased to partner with such a strong and innovative
brand," Gallagher said. "The Blue Man Group and Allegiant hold similar
business beliefs that well complement each other. We believe this sets the
stage for a very successful business partnership."
    As part of the program, Allegiant customers will have the opportunity to
purchase tickets to Blue Man Group at the Venetian directly either by booking
through the Allegiant website, at select airport locations, through the
company's call-center or in-flight. As an added bonus, customers will receive
an exclusive incentive valued at more than $50 when purchasing tickets to the
show through Allegiant. In addition, the brands will be shared in select
advertising campaigns with Blue Man Group featured in Allegiant advertising
and Allegiant featured in certain Blue Man Group advertising.  Matt Goldman
