VisionShare Inc. and Foresight Corp. Unveil Total OnBoarding(TM) System at Lake Placid NPAG Conference

New Strategic Partners Report Unprecedented Payer Response to
                    Joint System and 5010 Solution
MINNEAPOLIS--(Business Wire)--
Minneapolis-based VisionShare(R) Inc. and Foresight Corporation of
Columbus, OH introduce Total OnBoarding(TM). The strategic partners
unveiled the groundbreaking online self-service system for healthcare
payers and Medicare contractors as a way to streamline the entire
process of building an authenticated trading community, and to help
them prepare early for the March 2010 transition to the 5010 HIPAA
mandate. The introduction of Total OnBoarding(TM) at the recent BCBS
Association National Plan Automation Group (NPAG) Conference in Lake
Placid, New York marks the first collaboration of VisionShare Inc. and
Foresight Corp. technologies.

According to VisionShare President and CEO John Feikema, Total
OnBoarding(TM) saves time and money by enabling payers to move more
claims and the other HIPAA transactions into production faster. "In
addition to automating the ongoing process of provider enrollment,
payers are also evaluating Total OnBoarding(TM) as a system that can
support the migration of thousands of providers to a new payer as a
result of Medicare contracting reform and as a simple, cost-effective
solution for ensuring compliance to the emerging 5010 and ICD10
standards," said Feikema. "We understand the challenges payers face in
today's constantly changing and highly competitive environment and
were pleased by the positive response from the eleven distinct payer
organizations that previewed Total OnBoarding(TM) at NPAG."

Total OnBoarding(TM) is an automated, online self-service system
that effectively guides healthcare transaction submitters through the
process of registration, identity verification, testing and
establishing a direct, secure connection to a payer for end-to-end
processing of all HIPAA transactions. Total OnBoarding(TM) brings all
the steps necessary for a healthcare submitter to establish a
relationship with an insurance payer to an online format -
significantly improving workflow and reducing the number of paper
forms required today. Until now, these steps have been largely
accomplished through paper forms and manual testing, both
time-consuming and labor-intensive processes.

Total OnBoarding(TM) will help address one of the most important
changes in decades by giving healthcare industry payers and submitters
a system that will help automate the migration to the new 5010
mandated format by March of 2010. This first of its kind solution will
help payers and submitters stay in compliance with HIPAA rules and
regulations with minimal disruption. "Payers recall the HIPAA
compliance effort of 2001-2003", noted Doug Spence, Executive Vice
President for Foresight. "Foresight and VisionShare have collaborated
to integrate the lessons learned from that experience into Total
OnBoarding(TM). We're enabling payers to automate the 5010 compliance
certification and leverage the 2003-era investments they have already
made in companion guides and other business and pre-adjudication edits
to affect their 5010 plans cost-effectively."

VisionShare and Foresight will be demonstrating Total
OnBoarding(TM) at the upcoming Blue Cross Blue Shield Association
eHealth Symposium in New Orleans, November 19-21, 2008. Private
demonstrations may be scheduled by calling 612.460.4360 or emailing
