VITEC Multimedia Acquires World Wide Exclusive Rights of Visual Circuits MPEG Video Decoder Boards and Digital Converterfrom FOCUS Enhancements

Agreement Authorizes VITEC Multimedia to Exclusively Manage All Sales, Marketing
and Manufacturing of All Visual Circuits Multi-Channel MPEG Video Decoder Boards
and MC-2E Digital Converter

Following its recent acquisition in 2008 of Stradis, Inc., VITEC Multimedia
today announced the acquisition of exclusive world wide manufacturing, marketing
and distribution rights of former Visual Circuits MPEG Multi-channel Video
Decoder boards and previously branded COMO MC-2E Digital Converter from FOCUS
Enhancements, Inc. 

"The Visual Circuits Boards and Focus/Como Digital Converter technologies
complement the VITEC Multimedia and Stradis current MPEG Encoder and Decoders by
offering and expanding our ability to provide single and multi channel Digital
Video Solutions to a larger customer base than ever before," said Philippe
