U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. to Report Fourth Quarter and Year End 2007
Financial Results on March 6, 2008

    CARSON, Calif., Feb. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- U.S. Auto Parts Network,
Inc. (Nasdaq: PRTS) announced today that it will report financial results for
the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2007, on Thursday,
March 6, 2008, after the market close.
    The Company will conduct a conference call with analysts and investors
following the earnings release on Thursday, March 6, 2008, at 2:00 pm Pacific
Time (5:00 pm Eastern Time).  The conference call will be conducted by Shane
Evangelist, Chief Executive Officer and Michael McClane, Chief Financial
Officer.  The conference call will be broadcast live over the Internet and
accessible through the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at
http://www.usautoparts.net where the call will be archived for two weeks.  To
