Starting November 1, Commerce Bank and TD Banknorth stores in the
mid-Atlantic, metro Washington, D.C., and Florida markets will be branded TD
Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank.

TD Bank reflects a new name for the combined company, but the brand
positioning as "America's Most Convenient Bank," with its legendary focus on
convenience and service, remains unchanged.
On November 1, from 10:00 a.m. - noon, caravans will parade throughout the
bank's footprint on major highways including I-95, I-295, I-476 and Rt. 73 in
metro Philadelphia, Rt. 287, Garden State Parkway, Rts. 202, 206, and 22 in
central New Jersey, and the Long Island Expressway, Jericho Turnpike and
Metropolitan Avenue, and Queens Boulevard in New York. On November 1, people
should also keep their eyes to the sky for the new logo in Manhattan, Vienna,
Va., and Miami, Fla., and on the highways for TD Bank caravans in metro
Philadelphia, central New Jersey, and Long Island, N.Y.

Convenient Bank. The extravaganza will take place at 11:00 a.m. on November 1.
