Google and Trulia B-Roll Opportunity

Wed Apr 9, 2008 12:34am EDT
Trulia Users 'Walk the Neighborhood' With Google Street View(TM)

WHAT: Trulia.com, the best place to start a real estate search will
announce on 4/9/08 that it is the first national real estate
search website to incorporate Google Maps Street View(TM)
technology that will give home buyers a street-level view of
              homes listed on the site.

With Trulia's new feature, home buyers can not only search over
60 million listings on Trulia, but also take advantage of Street
View imagery, which offers 360 degree views from public streets,
to get a better sense for a given neighborhood. This true view
of a home's surroundings allows consumers to virtually "walk the
neighborhood" and discover nearby amenities such as parks, cafes
              or schools.

Consumers can find the Google Street View feature integrated
seamlessly in the over 40 metropolitan areas where it is
currently available. For all 60+ million property pages on
Trulia, Google Maps will be updated with the Street View feature
as new areas are added. Home buyers, sellers and owners can
also find newly added local school info, comparable for sale and
sold properties and real time local market info, among other
              Trulia features.
