Trinidad and Tobago Delegation to Visit Middle East, New York for
Presentations About Its New International Financial Center
    WHO:    Hon. Minister of Finance Karen Nunez-Tesheira
            Ewart S. Williams, Governor, Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago
            Vishnu Dhanpaul, Ministry of Finance
            Mr. Samuel Martin, Chairman First Citizen Bank,
            Mr. Earnest Littles, President, Trinidad and Tobago Tourism
             Development Corp.
            Ms. Hazel Marcelle, Trinidad and Tobago International Financial
             Center.

    WHAT:   The delegation is traveling to Dubai and Qatar to meet with
            government and industry officials to discuss the country's plans
            and goals and for the new Trinidad and Tobago International
            Financial Center (TTIFC). The delegation will then travel on to
            New York for meetings at the Institutional Investor's Trinidad and
            Tobago Investor Round Table. The delegation will discuss the TTIFC
            with representatives from Moody's, Standard and Poor's, Credit
            Suisse, JP Morgan, UBS and CitiGroup.

    WHEN:   The delegation has its first round of meetings scheduled for June
            16-17 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and June 18-19 in Doha,
            Qatar. The delegation will conduct meetings in New York on June
            23.

    WHERE:  Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Doha, Qatar and New York.
